1. STARCASINO Terms and Conditions
This document contains the Terms and Conditions of STARCASINO. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Services and/or products offered on STARCASINO's Website: Starcasino.com. The Starcasino.co.uk website is operated by Green Island N.V., which is the owner of STARCASINO, Starcasino.co.uk, the associated URL(s), logos, graphics and texts.
The terms and conditions of other Parties are expressly rejected by STARCASINO. These Terms and Conditions only apply to the use of the Starcasino.co.uk website, through the creation of an account by a natural person.

2. Company Details
STARCASINO is a trading name and owned by Green Island N.V. a Limited Company with its registered office at Treft 25, 1853, Grimbergen, Belgium, registered with registration number 0422.851.308 in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises in Belgium. Green Island N.V. holds a license to operate remote gaming through the website Starcasino.nl, with license number 2389/01.326.967, obtained on 10.15.2024.
3. Definitions
Day: calendar day;
Green Island N.V.: the provider of Games of Chance via STARCASINO and its Website, as shown under '2. Company Details';
STARCASINO: the trade name, owned by Green Island N.V., through which remote games of chance are operated through the Website. STARCASINO is further referred to in these General Terms and Conditions as the Party with whom Player enters into an Agreement, through the use of the Website, or acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions;
Player: the natural person in the process of creating an Account and/or creating and/or having created an Account, through registration, with STARCASINO, through the Website, regardless of whether after registration it places play monies on the Account or participates in any form of Games of Chance;
Party(ies): STARCASINO or Player, collectively also referred to as the 'Parties';
Agreement: the Agreement entered into between the Parties at the moment the Player completes the registration with STARCASINO. The Agreement is always concluded by way of offer and acceptance pursuant to art. 6:217 Dutch Civil Code (BW), whereby completion of the sign-up process counts as acceptance, by way of acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions;
General Terms and Conditions: the present General Terms and Conditions, as reproduced in this document. These Terms and Conditions must be accepted at the time Player registers with Starcasino.co.uk;
Balance: the amount, expressed in Euros, deposited as funds in Player's Account;
Website: the website Starcasino.nl, for the operation of remote games of chance;
Account: the personal player account, created by the Player through registration with STARCASINO. Each Account has a personal identification number, own player environment and own account;
Counter Account: the account used by the Player to deposit and withdraw funds to their Account, in order to use them to participate in Starcasino.com Services;
Service: the Services and products offered on Starcasino.co.uk, in the context of Games of Chance, which the Player can avail of, after successfully creating an Account;
Games of Chance: a Game of Chance is an opportunity to compete for prizes or premiums, where the winners are designated by any chance over which the participants generally have no significant influence, commonly known as 'gambling';
Cruks: the Central Games of Chance Exclusion Register, a database managed by the Netherlands Gambling Authority, through which Players can be excluded from participating in Games of Chance;
Wwft: the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act;
License: the license issued by the Games Authority to Starcasino.nl (Green Island N.V.) to operate remote games of chance;
Kansspelautoriteit: the supervisory authority on the Dutch gaming market;
Control database: a separate system of Starcasino.nl, in which near-real-time data on gaming behavior is stored. The Kansspelautoriteit has a constant connection to this system.
4. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Website by Player and the Services, as offered on the Website, within the Netherlands.
By Player's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, an Agreement is established, by way of offer and acceptance of this offer, within the meaning of Art. 6:217 of the Dutch Civil Code.
If Player does not accept the General Terms and Conditions, no Account can be created and access to the Website for playing Games of Chance will be denied.
These General Terms and Conditions do not apply to other entities operated by Green Island N.V., which specifically includes the STARCASINO trademark, the operation of which takes place outside the Netherlands.
If STARCASINO amends the Terms and Conditions, Player will be notified of this, by way of a pop-up, at the time of Player's first login after the Terms and Conditions have been amended.
Player must agree to the modified Terms and Conditions.
If Player does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, Player may no longer use the Account and Services of STARCASINO.
Upon refusal of the amended Terms and Conditions, Player has the option to delete his/her Account and transfer the outstanding Balance on the Account to the Current Account. For this the Player must contact STARCASINO's Customer Services.
5. Services
STARCASINO offers Services in the form of Games of Chance to Player via the Website.
For participation in Games of Chance STARCASINO provides its own digital space, the Website, to which Player creates an Account in order to participate in such Games of Chance.
The Website, as mentioned in Clause 5 paragraph 2, is entirely under the control of STARCASINO.
In no event shall Player have any form of control, nor can it acquire any such control, over the design, layout and (technical) specifications of the STARCASINO Website.
6. Create Account
Player must create an Account on STARCASINO's Website before accessing STARCASINO's Services.
For registration the following personal details need to be provided by Player:
First name;
Last name;
Date of Birth;
Place of Birth;
Citizen service number;
Home address;
E-mail address;
Phone number;
Bank account information;
Copy of ID.
The provided citizen service number, email address and telephone number, can only be used once for the registration of an Account.
If the data mentioned in Art. 6 paragraph 2 are not correctly provided, STARCASINO will refuse Player's registration of an Account, or upon discovery of the incorrect data, after the Account has been created, have the option to refuse Player access to the Website and delete the Account.
In addition to providing the data mentioned in Art. 6(2), the Player must meet the following requirements for successful Account registration:
The Player has reached the age of 18 years;
The Player is not registered in the Cruks;
The Player must not be involved in any form of fraud or Wwft investigation, nor must the early investigation reveal any Wwft-related concerns about the Player.
Each Player is screened against the Cruks upon registration, by means of the citizen service number. Access to the Website through an Account will be denied if Player appears to be registered with Cruks.
Upon registration, Player must establish the following playing limits:
The maximum deposit amount in the Account per day, week or month;
The maximum Balance in the Account;
The maximum amount of time the Player can be active on the Account per day, week or month.
The Player declares by registering the Account the following:
That Player is careful with the use of means of identification for registration and to take the necessary measures for this purpose to prevent the use by third parties, where necessary following the regulations issued by the licensee;
That Player has all legal powers, including not being under guardianship, to participate in Games of Chance;
That Player only registers an Account for himself and that the Account is for his own use only;
That Player has provided all necessary information correctly;
That the Counter Account used by Player belongs solely to Player;
That Player is not registered in the Cruks;
That Player is not a client of any addiction treatment agency;
Not to use financial resources obtained through any form of illegal and/or criminal activity;
Not to use financial resources obtained through any form of illegal and/or criminal activities;
Not to commit illegal and/or criminal activities through use of Account or the Website;
That Player does not have another active Account with STARCASINO;
That Player is aware of the following, as made available by STARCASINO:
The license of STARCASINO;
The physical address of STARCASINO;
The contact details of STARCASINO and if different the contact details of customer service;
The policy to prevent gaming-related crime;
The present General Terms and Conditions;
The organized Games of Chance and regulations;
The costs of participating in Games of Chance;
The complaints procedure;
The risks of gambling addiction;
The categories of persons to whom games of chance may not be offered;
The specific characteristics of organized games of chance;
Responsible gaming behavior;
Addiction prevention policy;
Available addiction care;
The possibilities of exclusion/play breaks;
The privacy regulations (privacy statement);
The possibility of exclusion through Cruks.
STARCASINO validates the Account through the means offered on the Website.
STARCASINO is free to carry out any form of additional client research for the verification of the Player and his declared data.
If the investigation, mentioned in Art. 6 paragraph 10, reveals any form of inconsistencies about the application or produces other questionable results, STARCASINO may refuse the registration of the Account.
If a Player is found to be a politically exposed person, STARCASINO will conduct an additional client investigation, whereby:
The Account will be blocked, for the duration of the investigation. Only with approval from STARCASINO will the Account be unblocked;
The origin of the funds will be investigated;
A more intensive monitoring and analysis of transactions takes place, if the Account is unblocked by and in use with STARCASINO.
7. Account (management) and changes
STARCASINO manages the technical aspects of the Account, Player is responsible for the other aspects, including the use and correctness of the data of the Account.
In the digital space of the Player's Account, at least the following information will be made available:
The current Balance on the Account;
The Balance on the Account at the time of the last login;
The total wager since the last login;
The total winnings and total losses since the last login;
A record of all transactions, over the past 90 days, to and from Player's Account;
The last time of login and the elapsed time since the last login;
The current time in the Netherlands.
Player is responsible at all times for the proper use of the Account and that the Account has the correct data.
Player shall only have one Account with STARCASINO at all times. If it appears that Player has multiple Accounts, STARCASINO will block the Accounts.
Should STARCASINO block the Account for the reason stated in Clause 7.4 or any other breach of the Terms and Conditions, Player shall not in the first instance be entitled to claim any outstanding Balance and/or winnings.
Player's Account is personal and may under no circumstances be used by a third party, direct family members included.
If STARCASINO reasonably suspects or has established that Player's Account is being used by parties other than Player alone, STARCASINO will block the Account and freeze pending transactions.
The Player is responsible for the proper use of the Account, including the games played and wagers made, deposits and withdrawals made with, from or to the Account.
STARCASINO may change data in Player's Account if required to do so, under the Terms and Conditions, any law or by Player's notification to STARCASINO of any change to data in the Account.
If there is any form of incorrect data on Player's Account, Player must, to the extent possible, amend the incorrect data.
If Player is unable to amend the incorrect details himself, Player should notify STARCASINO immediately, via Customer Services.
Should the Player experience any form of problems with his Account, including problems accessing the Account, the Player must contact STARCASINO's customer service and provide them with all necessary and/or requested information.
If the problem with the Account is not or cannot be solved immediately, Customer Services will inform Player of a possible time frame in which the problem will be solved. This deadline is only an indication and is in no way binding.
8. Pause, cancellation and termination by Player
Player has the option of taking a break from playing games of chance at STARCASINO.
The Player can take this break from play via the means indicated in the Account. When the Player makes use of this possibility, the Player will not be able to participate in Games of Chance or to deposit funds to the Account.
The Player may make a request via STARCASINO's customer service during the break in play to enable participation in Games of Chance again before the end of the break in play.
STARCASINO may refuse the termination of the break in play if it has substantial grounds for doing so.
After termination of the break in play of the Account, Player may again use the Services of STARCASINO.
Player may terminate the Account with STARCASINO. Cancellation is effected through the settings page in the Account on the Website or by contacting Customer Services.
Should the Player terminate the Account, his data will be deleted unless the data is required to be kept under any legal regulation.
If Player wishes to participate in Games of Chance with STARCASINO after termination of the Account, Player must re-register an Account.
If Player cancels the Account, the outstanding Balance will be transferred to Player's Current Account.
9. Exclusion, termination and termination/suspension by STARCASINO
STARCASINO reserves the right to exclude Player from its Account and the Website at any time.
If Player registers himself in the Cruks, he will automatically be denied access to the Account, at the next login attempt.
STARCASINO has the right to terminate or suspend Player's Account if the Player is guilty of the following situations:
Violating the STARCASINO Terms and Conditions;
Suspected or committed fraud, abuse or other illegal, criminal or unlawful activity;
A suspicion has arisen or a determination has been made that the Player is suffering or may suffer from a gambling addiction or shows signs of irresponsible gaming behavior;
That the Player is the subject of, or is part of, any judicial investigation/proceeding being conducted into/against the Player, or involving the Player's Account;
Other measures to be determined by STARCASINO, justifying the said measures, if possible stated elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.
Should STARCASINO have suspicions that any of the situations mentioned in Art. 9 paragraph 3 under a to e may be occurring, STARCASINO shall institute an investigation for a maximum of six months.
The investigation will be launched to assess whether and to what extent the Player has been guilty of the justification for termination, closure and/or suspension of the Account mentioned in Art. 9 paragraph 3 under a to e.
During the investigation referred to in Article 9(3), it is not possible for Player to use his Account, or to participate in any form of Games of Chance, or to transfer funds to and from the Account.
The Player has the opportunity to lodge an objection with STARCASINO to discontinue the investigation early. Assessment of the objection and the decision whether or not to discontinue the investigation early always lies with STARCASINO.
Upon completion of the investigation, Player will be informed of STARCASINO's result and decision.
If the investigation results in suspension of Player's Account, the period of suspension and the requirements to be met will be communicated at the conclusion of the suspension.
The duration of the suspension is always determined by STARCASINO, whereby the suspension may also be of a permanent nature.
Upon termination of the suspension period, Player may resume automatic use of his Account and the Games offered via STARCASINO.
For any investigation initiated by STARCASINO, the Gaming Authority will be notified. Hereby the User ID, Investigation ID and the Player's full name will be communicated.
Upon termination of the investigation, the Gaming Authority shall be informed of the outcome of the investigation, whereby the data mentioned in Art. 9, paragraph 12 shall also be provided.
If STARCASINO terminates or suspends Player's Account, under Art. 9 paragraph 3, Player loses the right to payment of the outstanding Balance.
If the Player is found to be guilty of breaking the rules of the game in any way, including the use of (technical) means to influence the outcome of the Games of Chance, STARCASINO will block the Account.
Should the Account be terminated by the Player or by STARCASINO, Player will be notified via the email address provided by the Player.
Following termination of the Account, a cooldown period will commence during which Player will not be able to register a new account with STARCASINO.
10. Deposit and Withdrawal of Player funds
Any transaction between Player and STARCASINO shall be conducted through Player's Account, the associated account with STARCASINO and Player's associated Counter Account.
Player may deposit or withdraw funds to and from the Account using the Counter Account provided by Player through any of the payment means indicated on the Website.
STARCASINO does not charge Player any fees for carrying out deposits and withdrawals.
Player may not use any other account, which is different to the Counter Account provided upon registration of the Account.
Withdrawals and deposits to and from the Account are subject to the transaction and volume limits set by Player, see also section 11.
Withdrawal of funds from the Account is only possible if the Balance is the minimum amount of the means of payment used. The deposited amount has been wagered (played around) at least once, not counting the bonus yet to be played around. Only winnings made can be paid out to the Counter Account.
Player may submit a request to STARCASINO to have the outstanding Balance paid out, contrary to Art. 10.6, without having to play it round first. If STARCASINO has no objection to the request, the outstanding Balance will be distributed to the Player's Counter Account. If the request is refused by STARCASINO, a reason for refusal will always be given.
Bonus money will only be paid out if all bonus conditions have been met.
The deposit of any amount into the Account shall be immediate, unless the means of payment used indicates otherwise, or does not allow for it. The minimum deposit is the amount indicated by the means of payment used.
Withdrawals from the Account will be made as soon as possible and in any case within three working days, after requesting the transaction. However, Player cannot derive any rights from this deadline.
STARCASINO has the right to stop or pause the transaction, if there are any indications, which under the Wwft, should be acted upon.
STARCASINO may initiate further investigation under the Wwft in respect of Player's transactions, see also Clause 14.
STARCASINO may require additional verification from the Player before it approves a transaction for the withdrawal of funds from the Account.
For the verification referred to in Art. 10 paragraph 13, STARCASINO may require the following from Player:
A copy of a valid passport, driver's license or other proof of identity;
A bank or credit card statement;
An invoice relating to any of the following utilities:
Gas or electricity bill;
Telephone bill;
Municipal taxes.
None of the mentioned means of verification must be older than 6 months, excluding passport, driver's license or other proof of identity, these must be valid at all times at the time of use.
11. Player Limits
Player must set the following limits, as also described in clause 6(7), on their Account at the time of registration:
The maximum deposit amount in the Account per day, week or month;
The maximum Balance in the Account;
The maximum time the Player can be active in the Account per day, week or month.
The limits can be adjusted up or down by Player.
If STARCASINO deems it necessary it can place its own limits on the maximum amount to deposit, the maximum Balance and/or the duration of play.
Downward adjustment of a limit, is immediate, upward adjustment of a limit only takes effect after one week.
Exceeding the set limit is not possible. Should Player attempt to do so, the attempt to exceed will be recorded and Player may be contacted by STARCASINO.
If Player encounters any difficulty in setting the limits, Player may contact STARCASINO customer service. Customer Services will then be able to set the limits for Player.
12. Central Gaming Exclusion Register
STARCASINO verifies the Player's citizen service number in the Cruks on initial registration. Subsequently STARCASINO receives a Cruks code which is used to perform the Cruks check at each registration. The citizen service number is removed from STARCASINO's system after the first check.
On the first check using the citizen service number and subsequent checks using the Cruks code, STARCASINO will receive a notification; 'Hit' or 'No hit'.
If STARCASINO receives the notification 'Hit' during the Cruks check, it means that the Player is listed in the Cruks and cannot participate in Games of Chance. The registration of the Account will be stopped and Player will not be able to use the Services of STARCASINO. If Player already has an Account, access to participation in Games of Chance will be denied.
If STARCASINO receives the message 'No hit' at the Cruks check, it means that the Player does not appear in the Cruks and the registration of the Account will continue and/or Player will be granted access to the Services of STARCASINO.
STARCASINO in no way influences the outcome of the Cruks check, nor does it in any way manage the Cruks system. Player can therefore not derive any rights from this.
If Player has any concerns about the outcome arising from the Cruks audit, Player should report this complaint to the Gaming Authority.
STARCASINO may advise Player to register with the Cruks, (the board of directors of) the Gaming Authority will be notified if Player does not follow STARCASINO's advice.
STARCASINO reserves the right to enroll the Player in the Cruks in the context of addiction prevention.
STARCASINO shall only register the Player in the Cruks if it has demonstrable and substantial reason(s) to do so, whereby proper research has been carried out into (the possibility of) gambling addiction in the Player.
13. Control Database
STARCASINO has established a Control Database.
The Control Database maintains near-real-time information on the (playing) behavior of each Player. This information is linked to the Account ID number.
At least the following information is processed in the Control database:
Playing behavior, including the games played, stakes and playing time;
Data as displayed in the Account;
Bank details and all transactions;
Player complaints;
Intervention measures taken;
Changes in playing limits;
Player's concerns (also known as red flags);
Outcome of the Casino.
STARCASINO shall at all times provide the Gaming Authority with access to the Control Database to enable the Gaming Authority to conduct investigations where necessary into Player's gaming behavior and whether STARCASINO is complying with its (legal) duties.
14. Wwft
STARCASINO shall at all times take the necessary measures to comply with the regulations, as established in the Wwft, to prevent any form of money laundering, fraud and/or terrorist financing, including:
A client due diligence upon registration of an Account;
Tracking of transactions;
Monitoring of playing behavior;
Additional client due diligence in case of detected suspicious activities;
Taking measures in case of detected suspicious activity, including making the Account inaccessible or blocking transactions;
Notifying the competent authorities if the client investigation reveals that Player has violated regulations under the Wwft.
STARCASINO has the right to act in its sole discretion if it deems that Player has not complied with the requirements set out in the Wwft.
If Player creates an Account and is found to be engaged in any form of suspicious activity, STARCASINO will block the registration of the Account and carry out an additional customer due diligence.
Any suspicious transaction will be registered by STARCASINO, whereby an additional client investigation will be carried out.
If Player's use of the Account is deemed suspicious in any way, the specific behaviors will be recorded and a supplementary client investigation will be conducted.
If in the additional client investigation it is found that Player has been guilty of acting in violation of the Wwft or of any form of fraud, STARCASINO will in any case discontinue the registration of the Account, or block Player's access to the Account, freeze the Account, including the outstanding Balance and ongoing transactions to and from the Counter Account and terminate the Account. Player is not entitled to the return of outstanding funds in the Account in this case.
15. Supplementary Policy
STARCASINO applies additional regulations to these General Terms and Conditions to Player's use of the Website, the Account and the Services. These regulations are in any case:
The bonus terms and conditions;
The (general) game rules;
A responsible/safe gaming policy;
Policies on withdrawals and deposits;
Game rules about placing bets;
Policy on changing playing limits;
Policy on security of the Account;
Privacy Statement.
The bonus terms and conditions inform the Player of all applicable bonuses and the conditions to use the bonuses.
The (general) game rules inform the Player of the (general) game rules for participating in the Games of Chance at STARCASINO. More specific details of the rules of play may be provided for each Game of Chance.
In the responsible/safe gaming policy, the Player is informed of the possibilities regarding addiction prevention, including self-exclusion and setting limits.
The policy on withdrawals and deposits shows the current policy on deposits to and withdrawals from the Account.
The policies on placing bets show the rules of the game for participating in betting.
The policy on changing limits of play displays all the rules and conditions for setting and changing limits of play.
The Account Security Policy outlines all the requirements that the Player must meet in order to safely use the Account.
The Privacy Policy informs the Player of how STARCASINO handles the Player's privacy and the (personal) data provided to STARCASINO by the Player.
STARCASINO shall make the regulations referred to in Art. 15 paragraph 1 available on the Website, which Player may access at any time.
16. Intellectual Property
The STARCASINO trademark as well as its logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, texts and other distinctive signs on the Website are the intellectual property of Green Island N.V./STARCASINO or its partners, including licensees engaged by STARCASINO.
None of the proprietary attributes mentioned in Clause 16(1) may be shared, duplicated, reproduced, used or displayed without the prior and written consent of Green Island N.V./STARCASINO.
Should any (third) Party violate Clause 16(2), Green Island N.V./STARCASINO shall be entitled to impose a penalty in the amount of the financial loss suffered, plus an amount of EUR 500.- per instance of violation.
17. Liability
STARCASINO shall not be liable if Player has not suffered demonstrable financial loss, through use of the resources provided by STARCASINO.
STARCASINO shall not be liable if any form of damage to Player is due to the provision of false and/or incomplete information by Player upon registration of the Account or during any time of use of the Account/the Website.
STARCASINO shall not be liable for any form of (temporary) technical malfunction of the Website and/or the Account, including (temporary) malfunctions, which caused the Player's round of play to be interrupted.
STARCASINO shall not be liable for any form of damage suffered by Player due to technical failure of Player's equipment or the internet connection used by Player.
STARCASINO shall not be liable if STARCASINO or Player is the victim of any form of hacking or other form of illegal access to the STARCASINO Website or Player's Account, resulting in Player suffering any form of damage.
STARCASINO shall not be liable for any form of damage suffered by Player due to any Wwft-related investigation of Player or the outcome of such investigation having an adverse outcome for Player.
STARCASINO shall not be liable for any form of damage suffered by Player due to Player's Account being blocked or rendered inaccessible, at the time a judicial investigation or proceedings against/against Player are ongoing.
STARCASINO shall not be liable for any damage suffered by Player due to any partner engaged by STARCASINO for the purposes of performance of the Services failing to perform its duties for whatever reason, which is not the result of a decision by STARCASINO.
18. Complaints
Player may make any form of complaint to STARCASINO via telephone, live chat or email as indicated on the contact page: starcasino.co.uk/help/contact.
A complaint must be reported to STARCASINO within seven days of Player discovering the reason for the complaint. Should Player fail to report the complaint within the stipulated period of seven days, STARCASINO reserves the right to reject the complaint.
Complaints will be dealt with immediately as much as possible, with the deadline for registering the complaint being 72 hours.
Player must share all relevant, necessary and requested information regarding the complaint with STARCASINO in order for it to be properly addressed.
The Player must provide at least the following information when submitting a complaint:
First and last name;
E-mail address;
Username;
The grounds for the complaint.
The date of your complaint.
Should Player fail to provide the information as shown in Art. 18 paragraphs 4 and 5, STARCASINO may not be able to resolve the complaint, in a timely manner or in full.
STARCASINO shall in all cases endeavour to resolve the complaint appropriately, however this does not constitute an obligation to achieve a result.
Settlement of the complaint shall take place within the timeframe specified by STARCASINO's customer service, which may include contact moments with customer service.
Should Player not be satisfied with the resolution of the complaint or the complaint could not be resolved, STARCASINO and Player shall consult together on a possible resolution, whereby both Parties shall have satisfaction.
If the cause of a complaint appears to be a fault on Player's side, STARCASINO shall be entitled to refuse further follow-up on the complaint, explaining the reason for refraining from further follow-up to Player.
19. Privacy
STARCASINO shall at all times comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and where necessary with any other legal requirement subsequent to the GDPR in the area of privacy.

20. Choice of law and forum
These General Terms and Conditions and the resulting Agreement shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes, where the Parties are unable to resolve any dispute between themselves, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts as provided by law.
21. Continuation
If the Agreement is terminated in any way, for example by deletion or termination of the Account, these General Terms and Conditions, or specific provisions in these General Terms and Conditions, will continue to apply insofar as the Parties have declared them applicable after termination of the Agreement or could understand under the Agreement that they would continue to apply after termination of the Agreement.
22. Conversion and conflicting clauses
If the General Terms and Conditions contain any kind of contradictory clauses, the provision shall apply insofar as it is most appropriate in the light of the Agreement.
If the conflicting clauses result in modification of the General Terms and Conditions, Player will be informed immediately.
In the event that a provision of these General Terms and Conditions cannot be invoked, a corresponding meaning will be given as far as possible so that it can be invoked.
