Bonus Terms

1. General bonus terms


The general bonus terms and conditions apply to all bonuses on the Starcasino website. These include deposit bonuses, wagering bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournaments, Starcasino's extra bonuses, sports bonuses and other promotional rewards. These terms are designed to provide clarity on how bonuses work, what the rules of the game are and what rights and obligations you have as a player.

1.1 Who are bonuses available to?

Bonuses are only available to players 24 years of age and older. Players between the ages of 18 and 23 are legally excluded from promotions. Players aged 24 and older may also be excluded from participating in promotions, for example based on self-exclusion or gaming behavior.

1.2 How do you claim a bonus?

In order to receive a bonus, you must always activate it yourself. Starcasino never automatically adds a bonus to your account. We do this to ensure that you read the terms and conditions first and consciously choose to participate. You activate a bonus in your account.

1.3 One bonus at a time

There can never be more than one bonus active at a time. Only after a bonus has been fully played through, expired or deleted, you can activate a new bonus.

1.4 Order of wagering: cash first, then bonus

When playing, you always wager your own money first. Only when your cash balance is exhausted, you continue playing with the bonus balance.

1.5 Contribution per game type to playthrough

Not every game counts equally towards bonus playthrough:

  • Slots (slots): 100% of the bet counts

  • Table games, crash games (including Plinko games) and live casino: 10% of the bet counts

  • Sportsbook: 0% of the bet counts. So you cannot playthrough bonuses via Sportsbook.

Some promotions may have specific restrictions. Always check the terms and conditions of the bonus.

1.6 Playthrough condition

Before a bonus or winnings from it become available as a payout balance, you must meet the playthrough requirement. For example: a €25 bonus with a 30x playthrough means you must wager €750 before you can withdraw the bonus winnings.

1.7 Validity of bonuses

Bonuses have a limited validity. After you claim a bonus, it is valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated. You must claim the bonus within the specified period and wager the entire bonus amount within the validity period. Failure to do so will void both the bonus and any bonus winnings.

1.8 Starclub dependent playthrough:

The standard playthrough of bonuses depends on your rank in the Starclub:

  • Standard, bronze, silver: 30x

  • Gold: 29x

  • Platinum: 28x

  • Diamond: 27x

  • VIP: 26x

1.9 Cashout with active bonus

Do you request a payout while a bonus is still in your account? Then both the bonus and any bonus winnings will expire. This also applies to automatic payouts, for example if your balance exceeds the limit.

1.10 Abuse of bonuses

In case of (suspected) abuse, such as the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, riskless wagering or other strategies aimed at abusing bonuses, Starcasino reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and associated winnings and temporarily or permanently block the account.

1.11 Modification or withdrawal of promotions.

Starcasino reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions, including ongoing bonuses, at any time. In doing so, we always take into account applicable laws and regulations.

1.12 Free Bets

Free Bets are promotional bets.

  1. Only the winnings from the Free Bet are paid out; the bet itself expires.

  2. Free Bets are not redeemable for cash or other bonuses.

  3. Free Bets must be wagered at once and cannot be split up

  4. Free Bets are only valid on bets with a minimum odds of 1.50, unless otherwise stated

  5. A Free Bet has a limited validity; after its expiration the Free Bet automatically expires

  6. Sportsbook rules apply to the bet placed.

  7. If your bet on which you used your Free Bet is cancelled or voided you will not receive a new Free Bet.

1.13 Boosts

A boost is a temporary promotional bonus that allows you to earn extra winnings during a predetermined period. This promotion is unique to Starcasino.

How does it work?

  • After claiming a boost, a limited period of time (for example 1 hour) starts during which the boost is active

  • The boost provides a multiplier on your highest single win during this period

  • The extra win is capped at the amount stated on the boost

Example: You claim a boost of 1.2x with a maximum win of €20, valid for 1 hour.

  • Your highest win in that hour is €100 → you receive €20 extra (because 1.2 x €100 = €120, but the extra win is capped at €20)

  • Was your highest win €50 → then you will receive €10 extra

Conditions:

  1. Only available to players 24 years of age or older

  2. Players who are excluded from promotions cannot use Boosts; they have been informed about this

  3. Boosts are only valid during the specified period and will automatically end once that period has expired

  4. Boosts can be valid for specific games, this is always mentioned in the terms and conditions of the boost itself.

  5. Boosts can only be activated and played with real money. Winnings achieved with bonus money do not contribute to completing or unlocking a Boost.

  6. Boosts can be paid out as bonus money. Bonus money must be played around before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.

  7. First Person HiLo and Craps do not count towards unlocking the boost.

1.14 Free Spins

Free Spins are promotional spins awarded on specific casino games.

Conditions:

  1. Free Spins are only valid on the game(s) listed with the bonus

  2. Free Spins are personal, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

  3. Winnings from Free Spins are awarded as bonus credits unless otherwise stated

  4. A playthrough requirement may apply to winnings from Free Spins. This is mentioned in the relevant promotion

  5. Free Spins are only valid for a limited period of time. Unused spins expire automatically upon expiration

  6. Available only to players aged 24 and older

  7. Players excluded from promotions cannot use Free Spins

1.15 Tournaments

Starcasino regularly organizes promotional tournaments for both casino and sports betting. Participation is only possible for players aged 24 years or older. The specific terms and conditions and duration of a tournament are always mentioned on the promotion page of the tournament in question. Please read these carefully before participating.

Sports tournaments

  1. Collect the highest winning odd within the specified period and win a prize

  2. All types of bets are allowed: pre-match, live, single, combination and system

  3. Only fully settled (settled) bets count

  4. Bets that are (partially) cashed-out do not count

  5. You earn points based on the highest winning odd of your bet

  6. Only bets with odds of 2.00 or higher count unless otherwise stated.

  7. The stake per qualifying bet must be at least €2.50 unless otherwise stated.

  8. In case of equal scores, the prize goes to the player who achieved the score first

  9. Bets placed in conjunction with a bonus, such as a Free Bet, do not count towards the tournament.

Casino Tournaments

  1. Your score is calculated based on your highest single spin win

  2. The score per spin is calculated as: win ÷ bet

  3. Only spins with a multiplier of 5x or higher count unless otherwise stated.

  4. Only real money bets are valid

  5. The minimum bet per qualifying spin is €0.40 unless otherwise stated.

  6. In case of equal scores, the prize goes to the player who achieved the score first.

1.16 Canceling the bonus

The Player has the right to cancel a bonus. Upon cancellation, the entire bonus amount including any remaining bonus money will be forfeited.

1.17 Promotional games of chance

Starcasino offers prizes through promotional games of chance. Prizes of €449 or more are subject to gaming tax. Starcasino pays this tax on behalf of the winner of a prize.

2. Deposit Bonus

2.1 What is a deposit bonus?

A deposit bonus is when you deposit money into your account. For example: with the promotion "25% extra up to €25" you get a bonus of €25 for a deposit of €100.

2.2 Activating the bonus

You choose a deposit bonus during the deposit process. You don't have any other active bonus at that time? Then it will be added immediately.2.3 Playthrough requirement

Deposit bonuses with bonus money are subject to playthrough requirements. This means that you must wager the bonus amount a number of times before you can withdraw the bonus or bonus winnings.

  1. The required number of rounds (e.g. 20x or 30x) is clearly stated for each bonus.

  2. When playing, your own money is always wagered first.

  3. Both wagers with your own money and with the bonus balance count towards achieving the playthrough.

2.4 Specific conditions

  1. Only available upon deposit

  2. Bonus must be claimed before or during deposit

  3. Minimum deposit amounts may apply

  4. Not available in conjunction with other promotions

3. Wagering bonus

3.1 What is a wagering bonus?

With a wagering bonus, you receive a bonus amount after wagering a predetermined amount. For example: "Bet €25 and receive €5 bonus."

3.2 Activation and conditions

  1. You must pre-register for the promotion

  2. Only wagers made after registration count

  3. The bonus is awarded automatically as soon as the wagering condition is met

  4. Rollover conditions may apply

4. Gift bonus

4.1 What is a gift bonus?

A gift bonus is a promotion you receive with no deposit or wagering requirement. It is a gift bonus made available to selected players.

4.2 Activation and conditions

  1. The bonus must be claimed manually via your account or the promotion page

  2. The bonus is personal and not transferable

  3. Again, redemption conditions and limited validity apply

  4. Cannot be combined with other promotions

5. Starcasino's extra bonuses

In addition to our regular bonuses, we also offer exclusive promotions such as jackpots, the Vault and the Starclub program. Additional terms and conditions apply to these promotions as described below.

5.1 Jackpots

Starcasino offers two types of jackpots: casino jackpots and the sports jackpot. Participation is only possible for players 24 years of age or older and requires an active registration (opt-in).

5.1.1 Casino jackpots

While playing our casino games, you have a chance to win one of three in-house jackpots. You are eligible from a bet of at least €0.20 per round. All of our games count.

  • Timepot: Guaranteed to fall before the expiration of a preset timer.

  • Epicpot: The largest jackpot. It falls completely randomly. Every bet contributes to the pot.

  • Hotpot: It always falls before reaching a specific amount, which is visibly displayed.

5.1.2 Sports jackpot

The sports jackpot can fall at random times and is filled by player bets. Participation is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Minimum bet: €2.50 per bet

  2. Minimum odds (odds): 1.30

  3. Only fully settled (settled) bets count

  4. Both single and combination, pre-match and live bets qualify

  5. Bets that are (partially) cashed-out do not count

  6. Bets placed in combination with a bonus, such as a Free Bet, do not count for the tournament.

5.2 Vault

The Vault is a promotion where players try to crack a code to win a prize.

  1. Only available to players 24 years or older.

  2. Participation is done with special Vault Tokens, which can be earned or purchased

  3. Each attempt costs one or more tokens

  4. You can have unlimited tries as long as you have tokens

  5. Whoever cracks the correct code immediately receives the corresponding prize.

  6. Starcasino reserves the right to exclude players from participation in case of abuse or violation of the terms and conditions

  7. Starcasino reserves the right to change or remove the amounts to be won per vault.

  8. In case of (suspected) abuse, such as creation of multiple accounts, collusion, riskless betting or other strategies aimed at abusing the vault, Starcasino reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and associated winnings and temporarily or permanently block the account.

5.3 Starclub

The Starclub program is an exclusive bonus structure for loyal players.

  1. Available only to players 24 years of age or older.

  2. Starcasino reserves the right to exclude players from participation

  3. In case of errors (such as incorrectly distributed bonuses or incorrect prizes), corrections may be made without prior approval

  4. After purchasing or participating in a Starclub promotion, the bonus must always be claimed manually through your account

  5. You earn Starcoins and your Starclub rank based on your wager and not on your losses

  6. Starcasino reserves the right to reduce or remove players Starclub rank and Starcoins.

  7. Starcasino reserves the right to change or remove Starclub rank benefits at its sole discretion

  8. For every €1 wagered, players earn 0.05 Starpoint and 0.05 Starcoin

  9. To earn Starcoins and Starpoints, players must wager a minimum of €0.20

  10. Each week, 1% of Starpoints are removed once players have 30 or more Starpoints in their account

  11. Starcoins are valid for a minimum of 12 months

  12. Starcasino reserves the right to change or remove items/products in the Starclub

  13. Starcasino reserves the right to change the criteria for earning Starcoins or ranks at any time.

  14. Bets on our live casino and table games count 25% when earning Starcoins.

6. Welcome Bonus

6.1 Casino & live casino welcome bonus

The casino or live casino welcome bonus is available to new players 24 years and older. This bonus can be claimed on your first deposit(s).Terms:

  1. Available only to players 24 years of age or older

  2. The bonus can be claimed on your first deposit(s)

  3. After claiming the bonus you have 60 days to play it back

  4. The bonus has a wagering requirement of 30x

  5. You play first with your own money, then with your bonus credit

  6. Both your own money and bonus balance count towards wagering.

  7. If you request a payout before the bonus has been cleared, the bonus including any bonus winnings will be forfeited.

  8. Each player can receive the welcome bonus once. This means that the bonus is awarded only once per IP address, device, household, email address, phone number and IBAN. If multiple players join from the same IP address, only the first registered account will qualify for the welcome bonus.

6.2 Sports welcome bonus

New players can opt for a sports bonus by claiming it before the first deposit. The bonus is awarded in the form of a Free Bet.Conditions:

  1. You must claim the bonus before your first deposit

  2. Only your first eligible bet counts

  3. An eligible bet is a bet of minimum €5 to maximum €80, with a minimum odds of 1.50

  4. The Free Bet is awarded once the bet in question is settled, whether won or lost

  5. The value of the Free Bet is equal to the stake of your first qualifying bet

  6. The Free Bet must be wagered at once, at odds of at least 1.50

  7. Only the winnings from the Free Bet are paid out - the stake from the Free Bet itself is forfeited

  8. Each player can receive the welcome bonus once. This means that the bonus is awarded only once per IP address, device, household, email address, phone number and IBAN. If multiple players join from the same IP address, only the first registered account will qualify for the welcome bonus.

6.3 Language

1. In case of differences of interpretation or contradictions between translations of these terms and conditions, the Dutch text shall prevail.
