It may happen that you are (temporarily) unable to place a bet or that your stake is limited. Not every player has the same betting limits. Within our sportsbook, each bet is assessed based on internal guidelines and policies. As a result, maximum stakes may be restricted or certain bets may not be available to you as a player. These measures are in place to ensure fairness and an enjoyable experience for all players.
If you have any questions or would like more information, please feel free to contact our customer support. They will be happy to assist you.
If you place a bet on a player to score, the bet remains valid as long as the player takes part in the match. It does not matter whether the player starts in the starting lineup or comes on as a substitute. As soon as the player gets minutes on the pitch, the bet stays active and will be settled based on the player’s performance. This also applies to other player-related bets, such as shots on target.
If the player does not take part in the match at all, the bet will be considered void. This means that for a single bet, your full stake will be refunded. For a combination bet, the affected selection will be removed and the total odds will be automatically adjusted.
When a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of your bet depends on when the match is rescheduled or resumed.
For football matches, if the match is played or completed within 48 hours, your bet remains valid and will be settled based on the final result.
If the football match is not resumed or played within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void. This means that for a single bet, your full stake will be refunded. For a combination bet, the affected selection will be removed and the total odds of your bet will be automatically adjusted.
Different rules may apply to other sports, depending on the specific market and conditions. For more information, you can always contact our customer support or consult our Sportsbook rules.
It is not possible to cancel a placed bet once it has been confirmed.
In some cases, you can use the Cash Out feature before or during a match. This allows you to settle your bet early and receive a payout before the event has finished.
A sports bet is a wager on the outcome of a sporting event, such as a football or tennis match. You predict an outcome and place a stake on it. If your prediction is correct, you receive a payout based on the odds.
For example: you place a €10 bet on a football match where the home team (team 1) wins at odds of 2.00. If the home team does indeed win, you receive €20 in total (€10 stake + €10 winnings).
Within the sportsbook, there are several popular betting options available. Below is an overview of the most commonly used:
1X2 bet
With a 1X2 bet, you predict the outcome of a match:
1 = the home team wins
X = the match ends in a draw
2 = the away team wins
Handicap
In a handicap bet, a team is given a virtual advantage or disadvantage. This balances matches with a clear favorite and adjusts the odds accordingly.
For example: if you bet on the home team with a handicap of -1, the team must win by at least 2 goals for the bet to win (e.g. 2–0 or 3–1).
Both Teams to Score (BTS)
With this bet, you predict whether both teams will score in a match. Variations are also available, such as combining a match winner with both teams to score.
Over/Under
Here, you predict whether the total number of goals or points will be above or below a set line.
For example: Over 2.5 goals means that 3 or more goals must be scored.
Player Specials & MultiMatch Specials
These bets allow you to wager on specific player performances or on combinations of events across multiple matches, such as goals, assists, or other statistics.
You place a bet by selecting an event, choosing an outcome, and adding it to your bet slip. Then you enter your stake and confirm the bet.
The bet slip is the overview where all your selected bets are collected. Here you can see your chosen selections, the corresponding odds, and enter your stake to place your bet.
Odds indicate how much you can win with your stake and also reflect the likelihood of a particular outcome. The lower the odds, the higher the probability according to the system. Higher odds mean a higher potential payout, but also more risk.
For example: you place a €10 bet on the home team (team 1) at odds of 1.50. If the home team wins, you receive €15 in total (€10 stake + €5 winnings).
Live betting means placing bets while a match is already in progress. The odds are continuously updated based on how the match unfolds.
During live betting, odds constantly change based on what happens in the match, such as goals, cards, or shifts in a team’s momentum.
A bet is paid out once the event has officially finished and the result has been confirmed. In some cases, this may take a few minutes to several hours, depending on the sport and verification process.
Cash Out is a feature that allows you to settle your bet early by accepting a payout before the event has finished. The amount you receive depends on the current status of the bet.
The Cash Out value will almost always differ from your original stake and is based on the current state of the match and the associated odds. Cash Out is not guaranteed to be available and may vary per match or market.
2Up is a special feature available on selected football matches where this is explicitly indicated.
If you place a bet on a team with the 2Up label and that team takes a 2–0 lead during the match, your bet is immediately settled as a winner. This applies regardless of the final result of the match.
This feature only applies to pre-selected matches and is clearly indicated on our website or app.
There are different types of bets you can place within the sportsbook, each with its own characteristics:
Single bet
A single bet is a wager on one specific outcome. If your prediction is correct, the bet is paid out based on the corresponding odds.
Combination bet (combo or accumulator)
In a combination bet, you combine multiple selections on one bet slip. All selected outcomes must be correct to win. The total odds are calculated by multiplying all individual odds.
For example: two selections with odds of 2.00 result in total odds of 4.00. Adding a third selection with odds of 1.50 brings the total odds to 6.00.
Bet Builder
With a Bet Builder, you create your own customized bet by combining multiple betting options from the same match, such as the match winner, number of goals, and player statistics.
